Aiovel Terms of Use
Read the conditions for using Aiovel’s public research, registered tools, previews and paid subscription access.
Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply from 2026-09-19 when you use aiovel.com. Aiovel is operated by Alina Khay. By creating an account or buying access, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter the agreement and comply with laws that apply to you.
Research, not advice
Aiovel provides informational and educational market research. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser or legal adviser. Outputs are not personalised recommendations, offers or instructions to trade. Markets involve loss; verify sources, timestamps, contract terms and suitability independently.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security and activity under your account. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, scrape protected feeds, overload the service, reverse engineer security controls or use Aiovel unlawfully. Aiovel may restrict access reasonably needed to address abuse, security, non-payment or legal requirements.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Available prices, billing periods, taxes and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Website payments are handled by Stripe. Unless the checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Use the Aiovel billing portal to cancel or manage the payment method; cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights.
Data and third-party services
Market data, prediction-market prices, news reports and official calendars may come from third parties. Rights and availability remain subject to their terms. A link or transformed observation does not make Aiovel the original source. See Data Provenance and check linked source material before relying on a claim.
Intellectual property
Aiovel’s original selection, explanations, code, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use public material for personal research and quote short portions with attribution. No licence is granted to republish protected feeds, resell access, imply endorsement or use Aiovel branding as your own.
Availability and liability
Aiovel may correct, change, suspend or discontinue features. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and models can fail outside their assumptions. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or investment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiovel is not liable for indirect, consequential or trading losses caused by reliance on the service. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
