Shipping Policy

1. Shipping and Delivery:

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Shipping times are estimates and subject to change. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company and method appropriate to your destination country.

2. International Shipping:

We currently ship Products Internationally, including (but not limited to) to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates & The United Kingdom.

3. Shipping Procedures:

We charge flat shipping fees displayed at checkout. Shipments may be delayed by a few days during high order volumes. Please allow for extra travel days for delivery. Notification of major delays will be sent via email or phone.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent.

Returns Policy:

Aiovel does not accept returns for goods purchased on our website aiovel.com. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once items have left our facilities.

2. Refund Policy:

We operate under a no-refund policy. Products can only be exchanged before delivery has been processed.
